Contact and enquiries
When you call, email, use WhatsApp or submit a website form, De Bouw Baron only uses your details to assess your question, contact you and prepare or carry out any agreed work.
Website forms are technically processed by Web3Forms. Please only enter information needed for the initial assessment of your project.
When you use the extension configurator, a personal PDF containing your selected configuration, price indication and impressions is generated at your request. You can download it directly. If you enter an email address, the PDF is also sent to that address through the website’s own server. De Bouw Baron receives a copy containing your name, the email address and/or phone number you entered, any project address and your short description so the configuration can be assessed personally.
Privacy-friendly first-party website statistics
Without using cookies, the website counts page views, the general channel through which visitors arrive, device, operating-system and browser categories, active reading time, scrolling, viewed images, opened video links and use of contact buttons. It also counts general loading speed, interaction responsiveness, unexpected layout shifts, pages that could not be found, technical browser errors and the steps of an enquiry form.
For forms, the system only counts whether a form appeared on screen, someone started it, a browser validation or technical error occurred, the form was submitted and the confirmation page was reached. Field values and error messages are not sent to this statistics system. Business outcomes such as the number of serious enquiries, quotations and accepted projects can only be added later as manual daily totals without names or contact details.
The information is immediately stored as aggregate daily totals on the website’s own server. The statistics data contains no IP addresses, full referring URLs, search queries, raw browser strings, form contents, names, contact details or unique visitor or session identifiers. Individual visitors and their routes through the website therefore cannot be followed. Aggregate totals are retained for up to five years so longer-term trends can be compared.
After measurement consent, the browser only remembers during the open browser session whether this tab reached a second or third page, remained active for 30 or 60 seconds, produced a contact action or led to a confirmed enquiry. No session identifier is created or sent. Only the separate milestones, broad source, device category and first page path are stored as daily totals; the server cannot combine them into an individual journey.
A general, non-identifying traffic source may be included in these aggregate statistics without cookies. Only when you allow Google Ads measurement may safe UTM source and campaign names be kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage. Google click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid are not stored or sent through the first-party statistics system, session storage or forms. After consent, the Google tag may read such an identifier directly from the current landing-page URL for advertising measurement. Temporary UTM data disappears when the browser session ends.
To verify that the privacy choice works correctly, the first-party statistics system also counts how often the bottom bar is shown, a choice is made and the settings are opened. A later decline is counted as a new choice. These are aggregate events without a visitor identifier and are not sent to Google.
Google Ads measurement and your choice
The website uses Google Ads solely to measure whether a successful enquiry resulted from an advertisement. It uses Basic Consent Mode: the external Google tag is only loaded after you explicitly select Allow. Until you have ever allowed it, the Google tag is not loaded, the website does not read or place Google Ads measurement cookies and no measurement data is sent to Google. Selecting Decline does not affect the website. If you withdraw earlier consent, the already loaded tag is instructed to stop future advertising measurement; it is not loaded again on subsequent pages.
After consent, Google may receive the visited page URL, referring page, consent status, browser and device information, IP address and any Google advertising click identifier for this conversion measurement. Google may then read or place Google Ads measurement cookies or similar browser storage. When an enquiry succeeds, a random technical transaction code is also sent to prevent duplicate conversion counts.
Technically, only ad_storage and ad_user_data are granted after consent. analytics_storage and ad_personalization remain denied. This setup does not use remarketing, personalised advertising, Google Analytics, enhanced conversions, names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other form values. Details about Google’s processing are available in the Google Privacy Policy. Retention by Google follows the Google Ads account settings and Google’s policies.
Your choice, a version number and the time of your decision are kept in local browser storage for no more than twelve months. This storage is only used to remember the choice. Declining is remembered for the same period as allowing. The website asks again after twelve months, after browser data is cleared or following a material change of purpose or provider.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time without any adverse effect. The button below and the Ad measurement link at the bottom of the website open the same two choices directly:
External services
Google Places is used to display current Google reviews. Pages containing guide prices retrieve the current construction cost index directly from the public Statistics Netherlands StatLine dataset. YouTube is only loaded after you choose to open a project video. After you open a link to WhatsApp, Google, YouTube or another external service, that service’s own privacy terms apply.
